Custom Blending is an opportunity to have an established mix, appropriately measured for repeat use on a known site, with properly calibrated equipment. Custom blending, as defined by the EPA, is the service of mixing two or more registered pesticides into the same container. Synergy Partners works with custom blenders to deliver pre-mixed herbicide solutions to end-users. Each blend is prepared to the order of the customer. All pesticides used in the blend will bear end-use labeling, composition, and mix ratios for application. A sample of each blend is catalogued and retained for (3) years.

Pre-mix products are beneficial for several reasons. The first reason is that pre-mix products require less handling, thus less exposure. In addition to making the mixing process faster, it also standardizes each mixed load. The mixes are consistently the same from the first acre of a project, until the last. Pre-mix solutions can be made for a specific job or seasonal spray application. The ability to only blend what is needed at the right proportion also helps applicators control their inventory.
